Chelsea is interested in signing Wesley Fofana from Leicester City.
In March, Fofana agreed to a two-year contract extension with Leicester. His contract is valid until 2027.
Following the departures of Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen, Chelsea signed Kalidou Koulibaly from Napoli and attempted to sign Manchester City's Nathan Ake and Sevilla's Jules Kounde.
