Iyaganku Family Court in Ibadan ordered the remand of three youths and a 12-year-old on Friday for allegedly raping an 18-year-old Person with Disability.
Their adjacent neighbor's daughter was sexually assaulted.
The four defendants include two siblings, Insp. Folake Ewe of the prosecution testified in court, who are 12 and 15 years old.
She claimed that three of the accused planned to rape the victim on July 21 at Aba Teacher in Olodo Area, Ibadan.

Adetuyibi claimed that the case file for the defendants had been given to the Oyo State Directorate of Public Prosecution for inspection.
She deferred talking about it until September 29.
