In the group stages of the 2022–23 Champions League, Barcelona Femeni will face Rosengard, Benfica, and Bayern Munich.
The women's team was drawn with the same Bavarian powerhouses as the men's team on Monday.
Barcelona has previously competed against Bayern and the Swedish champions Rosengard.
In addition to defeating the Swedish team in the quarterfinals in 2016–17, the Catalans also overcame Bayern in the 2018–19 semifinals.
Benfica, though, is the group's newcomer and will be up against the Spanish powerhouses.
Starting on October 19 and 20, the group stage is scheduled to last until December 21 and 22. Each group's top two teams advance to the quarterfinals.
